Mission Statement

The mission of Nepal Chautari e.V. Bayreuth is to promote unity among the Nepalese community residing in Bayreuth, Germany, while preserving and enriching Nepali culture, language, and traditions. Our organization is committed to celebrating Nepali festivals, fostering social integration with other communities in Bayreuth, and supporting educational and healthcare initiatives for marginalized ethnic minority groups and underprivileged children in remote regions of Nepal.

Objectives

1. Cultural Preservation and Promotion
   • Organize events, workshops, and cultural programs to preserve and promote Nepali culture, language, and traditions among the Nepalese community in Bayreuth.
   • Provide platforms for Nepali residents to explore and share their cultural heritage through art, music, dance, and culinary experiences.
2. Community Integration
   • Facilitate social integration and collaboration with other communities in Bayreuth through joint events, cultural exchanges, and collaborative initiatives.
   • Promote mutual understanding, respect, and cooperation among diverse communities, fostering a harmonious social environment.
3. Celebration of Nepali Festivals
   • Organize and participate in celebrations of major Nepali festivals such as Dashain, Tihar, and Nepali New Year, encouraging participation from other communities.
   • Raise awareness about Nepali traditions and customs associated with these festivals, promoting cultural diversity and inclusivity.
4. Educational Support
   • Collaborate with local and international organizations to provide educational support, scholarships, and resources to underprivileged children from remote and minority ethnic groups in Nepal.
   • Provide assistance to Nepali students arriving in Bayreuth for futher studies and facilitate Nepali language classes for kids of Nepali family.
5. Healthcare Assistance
   • Establish partnerships with healthcare providers and NGOs to deliver medical services, including health camps, vaccination drives, and health education programs, to remote and disadvantaged communities in Nepal.
   • Provide financial assistance, medical supplies, and treatment support for children from marginalized groups affected by illnesses and health conditions.
